• Where is the store based?

  Coldspring, TX

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not for anyone under the jurisdiction of the European Union due to it's tax laws. "The EU applies the "destination principle," meaning VAT is charged based on the consumer's location rather than the seller's location."

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I will have to manually email you a download link if one is required. If you do not receive the download link within 24-hrs, please contact me via email. (Make sure your email is correct & always check your Spam Folder first)

• Are there physical products?

  There are no physical products. Everything sold in this store is digital only.

• What about refunds?

  Because these are digital only, there are no refunds and no exchanges. (Please ignore whatever is shown in the "Returns and Exchanges" section as that section is for physical products)

• What are the Terms Of Use?

  The quick answer is, you can't claim the images as yours. You must flatten any image you use in your project before you give or sell a digital item you've created. If you create physical items (scrapbooks, junk journals, cards, etc) to sell, no credit is required. A more detailed TOU are included in each purchase. If you still have a question, email me.

• Are your images Copyrighted?

  No. Under US Copyright Law, no digitally created image can be Copyrighted however, you are expected to operate with some level of integrity when using the items others have created as a resource for you. Many AI programs charge a monthly subscription fee and so what little we charge for the item is usually consumed by store fees and AI platform subscription fees.

• Where are you located?

  I am located in Texas.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
